FERNANDO DI TRANI
Co-founder of Olilab Brazil and SwissBlue Switzerland, Mr. Di Trani was Vice President of the YG-1 Group's business development unit, based in South Korea, until July 2018. He was also Vice President of Lamina Technologies, where he joined in September 2004, a Swiss company, producer of Cutting Tools, contributing to Lamina becoming one of the leading companies focused on the SMM segment and a recognized player in the world market. He was CEO of Tyrolit Swarovski Schleifmittelwerke KG in Brazil, responsible for Manufacturing, Sales and Administration. Prior to Tyrolit Swarovski, he was General Sales and Marketing Manager of Walter AG in South America. Mr. Di Trani is fluent in English, German, Italian, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
Emerson GiAcheto Luchesi
Co-founder of Olilab Brazil. Graduated in Law from USF, post-graduated in Civil Law from PUC-SP, in Civil Procedural Law and specialized in Environmental Law from FMU. He has a consolidated career in the legal area, working in the preventive and contentious areas, with emphasis in the civil area, covering demands related to banking law, family law, business law, contracts and agribusiness. Due to the activities in the new company, he became a specialist in tax optimization. He is responsible for compliance and professional ethics of the Olilab Group in the markets where it operates.
Dr. Olivier Linossier
Experienced entrepreneur with a PhD in High Energy Physics at Paris 7 and a Post-Doctorate at Harvard, with solid experience investing in technological and industrial projects in Eurasian markets. Recognized professional in value chains and several governments and international companies on their development strategies.
Business partner and investor at Olilab Brazil .Long experience as Product and Process Engineering Manager at MAHLE METAL LEVE S.A., German company, global leader in automotive systems and components. Worked at the German headquarters in Stuttgart for technology acquisition and transfer to Brazil. Also worked as Nationalization, Products and Processes Supervisor at BOSCH REXROTH (MANNESMAN REXROTH), German company, global leader in systems for automation and hydraulic equipment in the development of production processes with focus on productivity optimization. He is a member of the technical committees of SAE Brazil and AEA working as an evaluator of the papers submitted to the congresses and also as Chairman of the technical sessions.
Responsible for the commodities, mining and consumer goods segment at Olilab Brazil. Experienced executive with more than 30 years in the IT segment, with a strong background in sales, marketing, channels and services. He has focused on growth in medium and large accounts for Brazil and Latin America, direct and indirect sales. He was Regional Sales Director for Oracle, Brio Technology and also worked at Rainfinity as Latin America Sales Manager. He worked at Tableau, Data Visualization platform, as Strategic Account Manager.
Marcelo Telles Sbeghen
Executive with extensive experience in commercial and executive management areas of large industries. Since 2017 he has been developing the Chinese brand Jiangsu Railteco Equipment Co. Ltd. in the local market, having obtained the largest railroad contract ever negotiated in the market for the three-year period (2018-2021). He was Executive Director of MWL Brasil Rodas e Eixos Ltda. between 2012 and 2016, reporting to the CEO of the Railroad Division of GMH Group in Germany. He was Sales Director of Neumayer Tekfor Automotive Brasil Ltda. between 2007 and 2012 in South America. As General Director of LAMINA Technologies do Brasil Ltda., a Swiss manufacturer of tools in 2006/2007, he was responsible for the Brazilian operation.
JOSÉ CARLOS CARNEIRO
Mechanical Engineer by IME, Technologist in Mechanical Projects by FATEC, worked in the manufacturing areas of the Brazilian Army and management of high technology projects in the Army Technological Center. In the 90's, in partnership with the Federation of Highway Transportation Companies, he modeled the project for the multimodal operation of general cargo transportation. The project contemplated a new configuration of the rolling stock to reduce the obstacles of transshipment. He founded the company VIATECH in order to develop viable technologies for developing countries in the areas of automation, transport and sanitation.
Founder and Managing Director of MPC Solutions Consulting, he has over 25 years of experience as a consultant helping companies to strategically plan to leverage their results and maximize their competencies. As a business consultant, he managed and launched the "Ituran Location and Control" operation in Brazil from 1999 to 2004. MPC is a partner of the International Entrepreneurship Center (Boston/MA-USA), a consulting firm of trusted consultants for companies and organizations with high growth potential, perceived differentiation and demonstrable market success. Founder and CEO of Master Expresso Comercial, originally an OCS (Office Coffee Services) company established in 1997, based on E.S.E. ("Easy Serving Espresso") coffee capsules, the company has developed its own coffee brand, and also represents global brands such as "IllyCaffé" and "Lavazza".
FLAVIO GURGEL DO AMARAL
A publicist graduated from FAAP, with extension courses at Miami Ad School and Hyper Island, he has worked as a strategist in agencies of global communication groups such as Publicis, Dentsu Aegis Network and ABC-Omnicom. He had the chance in 2010 to participate in the setting up of a new digital agency - a successful and profitable operation since the first year serving important brands such as Santander, Mitsubishi Motors, Totvs, and recognized for results and awards. Since 2019, he has also been dedicated to his own enterprises in the area of technology and mobility, and in 2020 became Olilab Brazil's business partner in strategic, innovation and support projects in brand, marketing, communication and digital.
FELIPE DESTRO BARROSO
Graduated in Foreign Trade at the Methodist University, he worked as a Business Consultant at Lamina Technologies, a manufacturer of cutting tools, established in Switzerland since 2001. He was responsible for the business development area at FRATO FERRAMENTAS LTDA., one of the largest distributors of tools and instruments in Brazil. He also had the opportunity to do internships in Switzerland, Holland and Germany. At Olilab Brasil he is responsible for the segment of rotating tools, product development, suppliers and customers.
Guilherme Meneguello BIM
Mechanical engineer, specialized in machining and use of cutting tools to achieve high performance and process optimization effectively reducing machining costs. Guilherme is responsible for technical support of the Unik7, KLP and SwissBlue brands in the B2B segment. Guilherme has acquired solid experience in the Brazilian industrial market. Guilherme Bim is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has specialization in Business Intelligence.
With a degree in Business Administration from USCS - Universidade Municipal de São Caetano do Sul, she worked as a Business Consultant at Vandurit Sud America, a manufacturer of precision cutting tools, Vandurit is an Italian company. She also worked in the business development area at FRATO FERRAMENTAS LTDA., one of the largest distributors of tools and instruments in Brazil. At Olilab Brasil she is responsible for the Logistics and Controlling area..
